It's been a tough 2 years, and you deserve some quality time together. This program helps women and emerging women discover their super power, ground and connect to who they want to be in 2023.

This program brings fun, laughter, gentle movement, mindfulness and unleashes revitalised wonder women, with the gentle majesty of our equine teachers. There is No Riding in our programs. 

Disconnect from the hectic world and take a deep breath to focus internally and then develop your mindfulness skills in order to become grounded and still of mind and body to allow them to recharge. Learn from our horses how to take control of emotions so they don't control you.  It will have a blend of horse sessions with complementary sessions that support our equine teacher topics such as identity, self care, relationship strengthening, explore and expand creativity and  problem solving and develop your resilience for the year ahead.   Prepare to come away feeling lighter, and relaxed with a deep connection with your mother or daughter or girlfriend.
