Looking to take some time out of your busy schedule and invest in yourself? Authentic You retreat is a two-day women's retreat that is designed to help you refresh, reconnect with yourself, and rejuvenate . Our two day non-residential retreat incorporates equine-assisted learning without riding to help you gain new insights and perspectives on your life. There is no requirement for any horse riding or experience and even if you are experienced you will still learn a lot from this type of experiential learning.

Authentic You (2 Day) Retreat
This ticket includes two days of relaxation, rejuvenation and invigoration to finally put yourself first. It includes morning tea, lunches, tea, coffee, juice for both days , goodie bag, Fun manual. We are fully accredited and fully insured. All our horses are well trained and there is no riding in our programs.
