Our two day non-residential retreat incorporates equine-assisted learning without riding to help you gain new insights and perspectives on your life.  There is no requirement for any horse riding or experience and even if you are experienced you will still learn a lot from this type of experiential learning.

During our retreat, you will have the opportunity to connect with like-minded women, participate in equine-assisted learning activities, and indulge in self-care practices as well as refine your life skills. Our experienced facilitator will guide you through the process of creating a deep connection not only with yourself but with a 500kg horse.  She is there to offer insight and interpretation from your new teachers helping you gain new insights on and develop skills for your life.

Our retreat is non-residential, so you can choose to stay in a nearby local accommodation or return home each day. Our goal is to make our retreat as accessible as possible, so that you can prioritize your self-care without disrupting your busy schedule.
